Diocesan Policies for All Who Serve in Ministry
We welcome your time and service at our parish. The Diocese of Charlotte has adopted policies and procedures to safeguard those whose care has been entrusted to us. All our volunteers are required to follow these policies and procedures.
Recommended: set up an account at https://Charlotte.CMGConnect.org.
If you have previous safe environment certification (Virtus); your historical records may have been imported to CMG Connect. PLEASE do NOT create a new account. Click Sign In located in the upper right hand corner of the page. On the account login screen, use the username format: FirstnameLastname-rcdoc (ex: JohnSmith-rcdoc) and password: 1234.
If you are NEW to CMG Connect: Please create a new account by completing all of the boxes under the Register for a New Account area. This will include your address, primary parish, and how you participate at your parish. Once your account is successfully created, you will automatically be brought to your training dashboard page.
Please go through all prompts and provide a valid email address.

- Si ya cuenta con una certificacion previa de entorno seguro (VIRTUS): es muy porbable que sus registros historicos se hayan importado a CMG Connect. Por favor no cree una nueva cuenta. Haga clic en Iniciar secion (SIGN IN) ubicado en la esquina derecha de la pagina. En la pantalla de inicio de sesion en la cuenta, utilice el formato nombre de usuario: NombreApellido-rcdoc
(ex: JoseGarcia-rcdoc) y contraseña: 1234
Si es NUEVO en CMG Connect: Por favor, cree una nueva cuenta completando todas las secciones en el area de Registrate para obtener una Cuenta Nueva. Esto incluira su direccion, parroquia principal y el modo en que participa en su parroquia. Una vez que su cuenta se haya creado correctaments, se le llevara automaticamente a su pagina de capacitacion.
3. Haga clic en Empezar y siga cada porcion del modulo y necesita porveer un correo electronico valido.
